- Phase 1 on site meeting to discuss scaffold requirements
- Phase 2 quotation and design drawing prepared
- Phase 3 quotation and design drawing approved
- Phase 4 scaffold erection process
- Phase 5 weekly scaffold inspections carried out (scaff tag signings)
- Phase 6 full scaffold dismantle and clear site
The whole contract time scale was 10 weeks.
